Updating the overnight driver pattern (tools/overnight-vN-YYYY-MM-DD.sh) to always include 3 phases:
- - Phase X1 — Audiobook progression: smoke test → narration batch → cover art → master → upload prep
- - Phase X2 — Sourcerow progression: next-state UCC parser implementation OR new dataset scaffold
- - Phase X3 — Ebook progression: EPUB build for next title in the queue
Each phase is independently gated — if a blocker hits (e.g., voice not approved yet), that phase no-ops and the others continue. The morning brief surfaces "stalled-on-Costa" items so blockers don't go silent.
